Dent Security lead the way in reducing false alarms.

1st April 2006 sees another change in the way the Police respond to Intruder Alarm Activations.

Currently all new installations gain Level 1 response, which is Immediate/Urgent. The subscriber is allowed 2 false alarms in a rolling twelve month period, after which response is reduced to Level 2, described as If resources are available. After 5 false alarms Police response is withdrawn i.e. reduced to Level 3.

Under new guide lines, all new and existing installations will receive level 1 response, however after only 3 false alarms the system will be downgraded straight to Level 3, response withdrawn.

With our own current false alarm stats at half the National Company average, we are able to offer you a service guarantee.

If we install a new alarm for you and it calls you and the Police out for a system generated false alarm at any time, then we're not doing our job properly, so we will give you FREE MAINTENANCE FOR THE NEXT YEAR!
